Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum, no surprises. Your pet's essentials arrive at your door with zero shipping fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Standard: 3–7 business days.
Express (at checkout): 2–3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 7-day returns on unused items in their original condition. And if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you're covered for 30 days from delivery.
How to Return
- Email Jonathan.shop111@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return — a photo or short video helps us resolve quality issues fastest.
- We'll reply with your return authorization and our fulfillment center's return address.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories, then ship it with a reliable, trackable carrier.
- Once your return passes inspection at our fulfillment center, your refund posts to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Report the issue within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video, and we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — in most cases, no return shipment needed.
Orders That Never Arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, we'll make it right with a full refund or a reshipment.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges ship out within 1 business day of receiving your return.
